Using this therapeutic board game was the game changer in my counseling session with my client with anxiety. I have never seen my client so engaged and receptive as with this game and the fact that she could win the "little finger monsters" gave her a sense of control and power over her anxiety-provoking symptoms and situations as she learned how to cope with it.
