Feeling identity is foundational in achieving emotional intelligence. Before children can manage their biggest feelings, they first need to be able to recognize them, name them, and understand that every emotion has a place. The tools in this section turn that process into hands on, child friendly practice.

Shop games, puppets, dolls, books, and visual aids that invite kids to explore a full range of emotions. Many items use colors, faces, and simple words so even young or reluctant communicators can point, match, and sort feelings before they are ready to talk about them.

These resources are ideal for:
  • Individual and small group counseling
  • SEL lessons focused on naming and expressing feelings
  • Play therapy work
  • Classroom calm corners or feelings check in stations
  • Caregivers who want language for everyday emotion coaching
Whether you are helping a child identify worry in their body, practice new words for different feelings, or telling the story behind a strong emotion, this category gives you the tools you need to make feelings understandable and manageable.
