My sister is close to an African American woman with the mental age of around 10. She asked my sister for a dollhouse for Christmas. I was fortunate to find Play Therapy Supply's African American Pretend Play Family to
occupy that dollhouse. It consists of a mother, father, kids and a set of grandparents. She will love them.
