This is an incredibly economical way to begin sand tray therapy. A complete set for the practitioner on a limited budget, with limited space, or wanting to customize their sand tray collection. Economical, yet this set doesn't sacrifice quality. All items in this set have been tested and sourced for therapeutic value.

Our best selling Basic Miniature Starter Kit is included with this economy set. Therapists love the symbolic figures as well as the variety. Features include a bendable doll family, hollow tent, dragon, an assortment of animals, containers and vessels. We took care to carefully hand select every item in our Basic Starter Kit to ensure it will be valuable in your practice.

Also included is a medium plastic sand tray measuring 20 1⁄2" x 13 3⁄8" x 3 3⁄8". You can disinfect this tray and it is very durable. Made in the UK. The lid allows your tray to be stowed away if necessary.

I bought the sand tray bundle and extra therapy sand. I’ve used it so far with elementary students and they love it. They’ve been able to create some interesting scenarios and love the feel of the sand. It has provided a great sensory experience for them. Thank you for quality products that my kids just love. I ordered this kit to help a foster child process her feelings. I used sand play several years ago as an MFT intern,and found it very helpful in understanding what issues children are dealing with. This kit has everything I need for working with our foster child. Highly recommend it!!

I have been wanting to incorporate sandplay into my practice for a while now. After completing a recent training, I was excited to finally get started. This kit is a great starter set and I appreciate how the most requested/used items were included as well. Kids have been enjoying this method of self-expression within their therapy sessions. I took off a star as I feel it should have come with more fences as that's a major aspect of sand play use. Otherwise I'm happy with the variety of the objects and it's great to transport between centers.

Great starter kit. The medium tray was back ordered and I needed a tray for my training; the company kindly sent me a large tray to use. The collection is a great beginning with many rounded themes. And the sand was nice; no noticeable scents or dust being kicked up.
