Customers say this is a well-thought-out starter kit with a good variety of miniatures and a tray that’s a practical size for offices, classrooms, and home use. Many mention it’s portable and helpful for therapy and self-expression, and kids enjoy the sensory feel of the sand; the lid fit and customer service also get praise. A few report missing items, broken pieces, and feel it’s overpriced or needs more fences/people.
