Customers say this starter kit is a convenient, good-value way to get nearly everything needed at once, with a wide variety of miniatures that kids/clients enjoy. Many praise the quality and construction of the tray/box and the soft, clean sand (often noted as sparkly and not dusty). Shipping and customer service are frequently described as fast and helpful. A few wish for different/more miniatures (e.g., insects/snakes/dinosaur) or fewer duplicates (shells/spaceships), and one noted vehicle wheels don’t move; another missed a rake.
