Description:

200 engaging conversation starters will help build strength and resilience through tough times.

  • Make life transitions easier: Everyone adapts to new situations differently. Having deep, guided conversations with the Resilience Pack is a great way to get each family member more comfortable with their new normal.
  • Address changes head-on: Don’t avoid the elephant in the room. These prompts stimulate a wide range of necessary discussions related to all kinds of major life events.
  • Develop important life skills while having fun together. The more children (and adults) interact with interesting and novel questions in a safe environment, the better they get at thinking on the fly, articulating your thoughts, and understanding other perspectives.
  • Ensure everyone feels heard: No matter how hard you might try, you can’t read each others’ minds. Get everything out in the open so no one feels ignored, overlooked, or neglected.
  • Provide support and acceptance: Respond to worries and fears with love and understanding. The Resilience Pack gives your family an amazing opportunity to show up for each other in the most validating ways possible.
  • Strengthen family connections: Good communication leads to great relationships. At a time when you need your family more than ever, the Resilience Pack can help all of you feel closer than ever.

These are a great resource for working with students with learning differences who have trouble expressing themselves or finding the words to do so. They are a great tool.
