Description:
An exciting game children will want to play over and over again. First, children get to mold monsters out of dough. Players move their playing pieces along the funny foot-shaped game path. When a player lands on a monster stomp space they get to stomp the dough monster with their stomper and put it in jail! Children delight in the making and mashing of monsters! You can choose your own customizations too. Have your clients make their own monster instead of using the mold. Game is useful for overcoming anxiety and a good icebreaker for introducing mastery over fears.
The object of the game is to stomp as many monsters as you can. The first to fill his or her Monster Jail card wins!

Customers say Monster Stomp is easy to learn and highly engaging—kids enjoy molding and stomping/squishing monsters. Therapists report it helps spark conversations about emotions (like anger/frustration), supports impulse control/ADHD work, and can ease anxiety; some also use it as a motivating reward. A few wished it included more discussion questions, and one person felt it didn’t address fears as expected (though it was still fun).

Another client names her monsters before stomping them (her interpretation of monsters are things that make her angry). This was the easiest way to get her to do that.
