I used this anxiety management box during my session today with a...

I used this anxiety management box during my session today with a young girl with anxiety. We made the clay animals and discussed the thoughts that create anxiety - negative thinking, blowing things up, fortune telling and others. She really responded to this and it opened up dialogue. I think I had almost as much fun as she did. This is an awesome tool for using with kids with anxiety. I'm looking forward to the next session where we can make the origami.
