As a child therapist, I use many wonderful books with my young (and older!) clients, and this is my new favorite. With stunningly beautiful illustrations, this book invites us to notice and interact with our emotions as visitors with something to tell us. It is a lovely introduction to embodying our feelings, leaving us with a sense of agency.
