Customers generally enjoy this fidget controller, describing it as a fun, cute fidget tool with lots of details. Reviewers like its small size and how it fits in the palm, and say students and even a young child enjoy it; one noted it appeals most to those who already like video games. Some concerns were raised: one reviewer said the joystick stopped feeling smooth after a day, another felt it was cheaply made with a keychain string that doesn't stay on, and another found only some buttons click and the side rollers uninteresting.
