Many kids are really into Egyptology. This lets them play about death, rebirth, scary things, etc. It is a well used and well liked miniature. When they discover the mummy inside they are particularly thrilled.

This is a really nice set. It is made of quality resin or possibly wood and the details are amazing. I love it. My kids thought the mummy was a bit creepy, but I disagree. For what it offers in symbolism in the sand tray, I think kids will be attracted to it, especially since they can hide it away in the sarcophagus. This is a must have sand tray item. I highly recommend it!
