We really liked this game. It led to great discussions and I even caught one of my children using the relaxation techniques to calm herself down the very next day! I would’ve given it 5 ⭐️, but I was a little confused at some of the wording in the rules. I wasn’t QUITE sure what to do in certain places regarding if we get tokens or not. But, I’m sure we will keep playing it and either figure it out or make our own rules that work for us.

Eh. Not engaging enough for kiddos who are impulsive. I heard a lot of "BOR-ING!" when playing this. I'd advise getting a couple of engaging general board games and develop your own activities/questions your use cards for anger management, anxieties and fears, etc. that you can buy separately.
