Teach the value of patience and cooperating with others
Designed for impulsive or inattentive children
Created by Rebecca Bridges, Ph.D, LMSW-ACP, LMFT. In this entertaining card game, players learn the value of patience and cooperating with others to win. Designed for impulsive or inattentive children, the game contains three suits of cards and players must try to collect twelve cards to complete each suit. The Feeling cards help children understand their own feelings and the feelings of others. The Relaxing cards teach specific relaxation techniques. The Thinking cards teach children to think about their problems or concerns before they act on them.

We really liked this game. It led to great discussions and I even caught one of my children using the relaxation techniques to calm herself down the very next day! I would’ve given it 5 ⭐️, but I was a little confused at some of the wording in the rules. I wasn’t QUITE sure what to do in certain places regarding if we get tokens or not. But, I’m sure we will keep playing it and either figure it out or make our own rules that work for us.

Eh. Not engaging enough for kiddos who are impulsive. I heard a lot of "BOR-ING!" when playing this. I'd advise getting a couple of engaging general board games and develop your own activities/questions your use cards for anger management, anxieties and fears, etc. that you can buy separately.
