Customers say this textured fidget is well loved by kids and helps keep busy hands occupied, including for a child with ADHD. Reviewers appreciate the textured surface for added sensory input, the color, and the Jr. size, which one called perfect for one hand. One therapist noted the Tangles are well made. However, a couple of buyers reported the metallic paint rubbing off, in one case on the bumps within the first minute of use.
