Super popular with my students! My energetic 9th graders are still learning to regulate themselves in high school. These sensory rings help students stay grounded and give them a distraction for tough days. I've also heard students say these rings keep them from picking at their skin. And it's not just my students - I've been wearing one of these recently, and it's helped me stay focused during tough periods! I keep a basket of small fidgets for students to borrow and have been very happy with the results.

My skin pickers and hair pullers seem to love these because of the feedback they give. I'm glad that I got 10 of them since they are so small. They're nice and quiet, and kids sometimes use them in class

Very nice to fidget with. They can break apart fairly easily, but you can kind of twist them back together too. I like the cold spikyness of the metal.

Nice to keep hands busy. There are different sizes which is good for different sized hands. A couple of them break apart pretty easily, but are easy to put back together.

These are super popular in my office with all of my clients. I will say, that if you are a rough fidgeter like myself they are prone to breaking open easily but I haven't had that happen with a client yet.

These are a MUST HAVE for individuals that struggle with finger picking and fidgeting. I do not leave the house without them! I love the neutral colors, and sometimes I even get complimented on my “rings”! The only downside is that they do have a tendency to snap apart and go flying after I’ve stretched them out a bit, especially if I put them on my thumb, as I tend to switch fingers a lot when I’m fidgeting with them subconsciously. However, they do snap right back into place and work just as well as they did prior! I am also an adult, so if a child was to use these, they likely wouldn’t have this problem with their smaller fingers! These are life-savers at the end of the day, and I will absolutely be buying them again once I lose all of mine- or to share with another neurodivergent friend :)
