I plan on using about 5 of the "worksheets" (I mostly like the Stranded on a Desert Island and the Choosing Thoughts to Calm Down) that are creative and eliciting. I am disappointed that half of the book is generic coloring pages of each letter of the alphabet and mandalas which you can find anywhere. Also, it says photocopiable but it is impossible to make a copy without the binding side being a little blurry. They should've had this as a pack of loose leaf papers, not a book.

Very good introduction/explanation of how to best use the book. Sections are organized well.
