This has been awesome- particularly with my kiddos in tele-therapy right now. It offers seven different chapters addressing various topics such as mindfulness, relationships, CBT, anxiety/stress, and self esteem, to name a few. Each chapter has creative activities and questions to follow for clients to process through the activity.
