This is a great interactive tool to use in classrooms, small groups or one-on-one. Instructions for 5 ways to play are listed on the back of the card.

Ways to Play:

Most Common - Toss the ball. The player who catches it looks under their thumb and invites all the players to try the exercise or movement they land on. Pass it to another player and repeat.
Icebreaker - Toss the ball. The player who catches it states their name and secretly looks under their thumb to see the movement they landed on. Have the group guess the movement they’re doing and then encourage everyone to do the same movement. Pass it to another player and repeat.
Quick Break - This is a great way to play after a long task when students are looking squirmy. Toss the ball in the air and have the students stand up, do the movement your thumb landed on for 30 seconds and then sit back down.
Number Review - Toss the ball. The player who catches it looks under their thumb and says a number. All the players then do that movement the number of times chosen. Pass it to another player and repeat.
Spelling Bee - Review a spelling word. Toss the ball. The player who catches it spells the word while doing the movement under their thumb. Come up with a new word and pass it to another player and repeat.
