I love this workbook!
It’s full of very fun activities and helpful strategies to improve sleep. It uses cognitive-behavioral techniques and realistic, achievable tasks. I am currently using it with three of my clients who struggle at bedtime. Each chapter is educational, motivating, and empowering. This book has helped gradually reached our treatment goals. I would highly recommend it! ( photo copy pages and use it with multiple clients)
