The Trauma Reaction Workbook for Kids

The Trauma Reaction Workbook for Kids is a therapeutic resource filled with creative and engaging activities which help address children’s unique post-trauma reactions.

The over 40 interventions use a variety of drawing and writing prompts, problem solving activities, visualization, and coping skills identification to help address the root of each reaction. The interventions aim to increase self-awareness and understanding while decreasing the severity of post-trauma symptoms.

This workbook is designed ONLY for qualified professionals as a part of a broader trauma treatment approach. It was written with children ages 6-12 in mind. Many of the exercises, however, can be used with all ages or in groups.
