Sometimes it is challenging to help young children or those individuals with learning disabilities to express their feelings. The Feelings Book is an excellent resource to guide these individuals to discuss their feelings about various experiences in their lives. I recommend this book as a resource for counselors and parents with young children. I also used this book with individuals with intellectual dysfunction limitations and was able to elicit understandings about how they felt during the various events in their life. Awesome resource.
