How to make papier mache:
- Newspaper
- 1 Part All-purpose White Flour
- 2 Parts Water
- Salt (optional)
Combine the flour, water, and salt in a large bowl and stir until the mixture is thin, with the consistency of pancake batter. Tear newspaper into 1" strips. Combine the mixture and the newspaper and let soak until thoroughly wetted.
