Very top heavy. You'll need to glue a layer of something heave to the bottom to keep it from tipping over easily on shelf or even on sand (if you expect to be able to open the door rather than setting it deep into sand. Door fastener breaks off easily. VERY POPULAR item with kids. Just wish it was in a heavier, sturdier material. Height overall and of door is good.
