It should be noted that the session outlines, handouts, and worksheets included in this manual seem to be almost exclusively designed for use in DBT group settings, and neither the product description nor the title acknowledge this. However, I have found the information helpful and have utilized worksheets with clients in individual therapy, being sure to explain that some aspects will not apply.
